摘要 目的:评价冻干重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗心肌梗死合并急性心力衰竭的安全性和有效性。方法:48例急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者被随机分为两组,常规治疗组(24例,给予常规治疗),rhBNP组(24例,在常规治疗的基础上加用rhBNP),观察治疗前后两组患者的各项临床指标,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后与常规治疗组比较,rhBNP组总有效率明显提高(66.7%比91.7%),每搏量[(72.35±9.85)ml比(84.97±9.31)ml]、每分输出量[(4.49±1.52)L/min比(6.78±1.66)L/min]、左室射血分数[(44.8±8.82)%比(56.8±10.2)%]均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:rhBNP能迅速改善心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的心功能,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To evaluate safety and efficacy of Lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) in treatment of myocardial infraction complicated acute heart failure. Methods: A total of 48 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n = 24, received routine treatment) and rhBNP group (n = 24, received rhBNP based on routine treatment). Clinical indexes were observed and clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in two groups before and after treatment. Results: Com- pared with routine treatment group after treatment, there were significant increase in total effective rate (66. 7% vs. 91.7%), stroke volume [(72.35±9.85) ml vs. (84.97 ±9.31) ml], cardiac output [- (4.49± 1.52) L/min vs. (6.78± 1.66) L/mini and left ventricular ejection fraction [ (44.8± 8.82) % vs. (56.8 ± 10.2) %] in rhBNP group, P〈0.05 all. Conclusion: The rhBNP can quickly improve heart function in patients with myocardial infarction complicated heart failure, so should be spread
