摘要
代谢综合征包括一些代谢性病理状态,如中心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂异常、高血压、高血糖等。代谢综合征常伴发大血管病变,主要表现在心、脑血管疾病和外周血管疾病。研究表明,代谢综合征引起的内皮细胞功能紊乱与早期动脉粥样硬化及动脉粥样硬化性疾病有关联。现对血管内皮功能紊乱与动脉粥样硬化及代谢综合征相关性进行阐述。
The Metabolic syndrome consists of some metablic pathological conditions,such as central obesity,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia and hypertension.Persons with the metabolic syndrome are at known risk of development of large blood vessel diseases,mainly cardiovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease.The studies indicated that the metabolic syndrome were associated with the endothelia cell dysfunction,early atherosclerosis and atherosclerotic diseases.This article.discussed the relation of endothelio dysfunction,atherosclerosis and the metabolic syndrome.
