摘要
壳聚糖是一种极具发展潜力的天然生物材料,其在生物医药材料中的研究以及应用越来越受到重视.对壳聚糖的物理化学以及生物学特性作了阐述,对壳聚糖基生物医药材料的研究及应用现状作了介绍,并指出壳聚糖的定向接枝和修饰正在成为生物材料新的研究热点和方向.
Chitosan is a kind of potential and natural biomaterial. More and more emphasis is being placed on research and application of ehitosan in the fields of biomedical materials. The physicochemical and biological properties of chitosan and its derivatives as biomedical materials were described. Furthermore,current applications of chitosan biomaterials and their development trends were introduced. It is also proposed that the selective graft and modification of chitosan is a new research focus and direction in the fields of biomedical materials.
