摘要
介绍医用壳聚糖的制备方法,并以此为成膜材料,掺加药物诺氟沙星,研制成壳聚糖-诺氟沙星烧伤生物敷料。经安全性试验和烧伤临床使用证明,本敷料对人体无毒、不过敏,贴附性好,而且透湿、透气性能适中,有明显促进创面愈合的作用。
A method of preparation of chitosan for medicinal use is discussed in this article.The chitosan-norfloxacin(CN) burn biodressing can be prepared by mixing norfloxacin with themembrane-forming material made of chitosan. The safety evaluation and clinical tests had shownthat the CN burn biodressing is non-toxic and without allergenicity. It has advantageouspermeability to promote the healing of wounds.
