摘要
高校教师绩效考评是高校适应教育全球化的客观要求所必须进行的管理活动。绩效考评是人力资源管理工作中最难做也最重要的一部分。目前,高校教师绩效考评体系存在着诸多问题,笔者对这些问题展开分析,并提出了具体建议和思考。
University teachers' performance appraisal is the objective requirement of adapting to education globalization. It is necessary. Performance appraisal is the most important and hardest in human resource management. At present, there are a lot of problems existing in this system. In this article, the author analyzed the problem and advised the following methods: leaders' stress, everyone' s involvement, effective ways of evaluating, different stages, it should make everyone involved, reliability and validity analyzing, open to complaints, improving the facing-talk efficiency, improving performance appraisal. All these will benefit the future development of performance appraisal
