丹芎通脉颗粒对脑血管疾病动脉弹性及其相关因素影响的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察丹芎通脉颗粒对高血压脑血管病患者大小动脉弹性指数及其相关因素影响。方法入选76例高血压脑血管病患者,随机分为治疗组46例和对照组30例。两组均进行常规降压治疗,治疗组另加用丹芎通脉颗粒口服,疗程8周。治疗前后测定大、小动脉弹性指数(C1,C2),血压、心率;同时检测血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸等生化指标,进行对照分析。结果治疗组对小动脉弹性指数(C2)的改善明显优于对照组,大动脉弹性指数(C1)差异无统计学意义。治疗组对血压、心率的控制优于对照组。两组对生化指标的影响差异无统计学意义。结论丹芎通脉颗粒能有效改善高血压脑血管病患者的动脉弹性功能,提高降压质量。 Objective Observe effect of the Dan Xiong Tong Mai granule on eerebrovaseular disesae and related factors. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. All patients were given basic therapy according to the therapeutic guide of HBP, while the treating group patients were given Dan Xiong Tong Mai granule for 8 weeks additionally. Exame C1, (22, HP, HR, TG, TC, HDL, LDL and UA before and after treating.Results The C2 in treating group was increased highly compared with the control group. No significant difference in C1. Bp and HR were controlled better than the control group. No significant difference in blcod-related biochemistral indexes. Conclusion Dan Xiong Tong Mai granule can remarkable improve arterial function on cerebrovascular disease patients.
