摘要
由四川恩威中医药研究所研制的丹芎通脉颗粒,由丹参、红花、川芎、赤芍等天然药物组成。通过对丹芎通脉颗粒主要药用成分及其药理作用进行总结和归纳,为将来临床用药提供物质依据,为进一步进行中药复方制剂的物质基础研究和药理作用研究奠定基础,为其进一步的开发和利用提供了参考。
Danxiong Tongmai granule is developed by traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute of SiehuanMathias and composed of eight traditional Chinese medicines including salvia miltiorrhiza, flos carthami,rhizoma ligustici wallichii and radix paeoniac rubra etc.. The active ingredients and pharmacological action of Danxiong Tongmai granule were reviewed and summarized, it not only provided the material basis for future clinical use, but also laied the foundation for further research on the material basis and pharmacological action of Chinese medicine compound preparation.
