摘要
教师资源是电大发展的最重要资源,要激发电大教师的积极性,吸引和利用更多的人才参与电大事业的建设,必须重视绩效考核。当前电大教师的绩效考核还存在考核不真实,指标缺乏针对性,考核过程缺乏沟通等问题,需要我们在实践中不断思考、不断完善,进一步促进教师的发展。
Teachers are the most important resources for the development of Radio & TV Universities. In order to excite their enthusiasm and attract more talents to participate in universities' construction, we should value the performance appraisal. Nowadays, the performance appraisal of teachers still have some problems such as the appraisal is not true, the index lacking of direction, the process lacking of communication, etc. We must keep thinking and perfecting continuously so that the teachers can develop better.
