摘要 随着计算机技术和网络发展,电子商务市场的构建就有了相应的物质可能和技术支持,随着消费者消费观念的改变,市场竞争的日趋激烈,电子商务的模式拓展了企业的生存空间和发展能力;电子商务市场在信息获得和发布上以及交易成本上都存在着传统市场不可比拟的优势,但是由于电子商务本身的特点导致买卖双方信息沟通不对称、不和谐,影响了电子商务市场的效率发挥,阻碍了电子商务市场的发展,阐述信息不对称问题以及在电子商务出现的原因并进一步提出对策。 With the development of computer technology and network, the construction of e - commerce market will have corresponding material possibility and technical support. As consumer attitudes change, the market competition is increasingly fierce and e - commerce business models expand the living space and the ability of de- velopment of enterprises. E - commerce markets have advantages in the information access and dissemination as well as transaction cost,which traditional markets can not compare with. However, the characteristics of e - commerce itself lead to information asymmetry and disharmony of buyers and sellers, which affect the efficiency of e - commerce market and hinder the development of e - commerce market. This paper firstly analyzes the problem of e -commerce and what causes that, and then proposes a solution.
