摘要
[目的/意义]旨在解决网络购物中不断出现的商品质量、信用、支付、利益受损以及物流等方面的信息不对称问题。[方法/过程]研究网络购物的交易过程,针对交易前、交易中、交易后3个阶段的信息不对称类型,解析信息不对称所带来的影响和危害,并提出相应对策。[结果/结论]店铺和商品信息不对称、电子支付信息不对称、物流信息不对称是目前最被关注的,也是最急需解决的三大信息不对称问题。要从信息技术、评估机制、服务平台、法律监管、反馈机制等方面解决网络购物中的信息不对称问题。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to solve the information asymmetry problems of goods quality, credit, payment, benefit loss and logistics in the process of network shopping. [Method/process]The paper studies the trading process of network shop- ping, according to the types of information asymmetry in three stages of pre-trade, trade, post-trade, analyzes the influences and harms of information asymmetry, and puts forward relevant [Result/conclusion]The information asymmetry of store and goods, e-payment and logistics are top 3 information asymmetry problems which attract most attention and need to be solved urgently The asymmetric information problems in network shopping should be solved from aspects of information technology, evaluation mecha- nism, service platform, legal regulatory and feedback mechanism and so on.
