摘要 为了解决某往复压缩机管道的振动问题,通过对管道气体动力特征和管道结构的动力响应的分析,找到振动的根源为压力不均匀度超标、气柱共振和机械共振。概述了管道气柱固有频率、压力脉动和管道结构固有频率等计算的基本方法。针对其振动原因的分析,提出了优化设计思想,并对某炼油厂压缩机出口管道振动的实际情况,提出了减振改进方案,使机组能正常的工作。 In order to solve the pipeline vibration of Reciprocating compressor in refinery, the reason of pipeline vibration which are the pressure irregularity exceeding the allowed figure, the resonating of gas column and the vibration of pipeline system is discovered by means of analyzing gas - dynamic character of pipeline and dynamics respond of pipeline system structure in reciprocating compressor. This paper expounds the calculating methods of vibrating for reciprocating compressor pipeline system. It puts forward the optimum design by analyzing the vibrating reason. The design program on absorption of vibration was advanced for the vibrating case from the outlet in a refinery, and the unit can work in a good situation.
