摘要
流体机械管道振动现象在许多行业经常发生,剧烈的管道振动往往影响生产的正常运行,因此研究管道振动的原因和机理,分析管道减振对策,是非常必要的。研究了引起管道振动的原因和机理,分析了防止管道振动的三方面策略,同时分析了某液化天然气厂管道振动的原因,给出了相应的管道振动减振策略,最后提出了从设计阶段解决管道振动的策略,给出了在役管道振动的解决方法。
It is necessary to research the cause and mechanism of the pipeline vibration, and to analyze pipeline damping countermeasures, because fluid mechanical pipeline vibration often occurs and severe pipeline vibrations tend to affect the normal operation of production in many industries. Studies the cause and mechanism of pipeline vibration, analyzes the measures for preventing pipeline vibration in three ways. Meanwhile, analyzes pipeline vibration reasons of a LNG plant and provides the corresponding damping countermeasures. Finally, proposes the strategy to prevent the pipe vibration from design stage, and puts forward solutions to dampen the vibration of pipeline in service.
