往复压缩机管道振动机理及削减措施

摘要 随着工业发展,往复式压缩机管道振动问题已经严重影响到了企业的安全生产。本文深入研究往复压缩机管道振动严重的问题,分析其管道振动机理,并针对压缩机的管道振动发生原因提出从削减激振力强度和优化管道性能设计进行控制。 With the industrial development, the pipeline vibration problem of reciprocating compressor has seriously affected the enterprise's safety production.This paper thoroughly studies the serious problems of reciprocating compressor pipeline vibration and analyzes the mechanism ofpipeline vibration, besides, directing at the causes of compressor pipeline vibration, it puts forwards taking effective control from the two aspects of reducing excitation force intensity and optimizing the design of pipeline performance.
