摘要
城乡社会统筹是城乡统筹的一个重要方面,对其现状及发展动态进行准确、有效的评价,是政府今后制定政策的基本依据.在对城乡社会统筹内涵理解的基础上,解析重庆市既有的经济社会发展指标体系,探讨包括文教、卫生、居民生活和社会发展与稳定四个子系统在内的城乡社会统筹评价指标体系的建立和评价方法的应用,通过运用层次分析法(AHP),测算指标权重值,并以重庆市为例进行实证分析.
Urban-rural overall social planning is an important aspect of the urban-rural intergrated development. The government formulates policies on the basis of the accurate and effective evaluation for its current situation and developing process. Methods for establishing the indicator system （including four subsystem such as culture and education, health, people＇s life, social development and stabilization） and quantifying indicators were explored in this paper, based on the concept of urban-rural overall social planning and established economic and social development indictor system in Chongqing. The index weight was then calculated with the AHP method. Lastly, the paper carried out the empirical analysis taking Chongqing as the example to it.
