摘要
统筹城乡发展是我国针对城乡发展失衡的现实而作出的重大战略决策。面对这一契机,高校图书馆应通过充分发挥教育、情报和信息服务职能,明确服务对象,拓宽服务领域,提高服务水平,积极促进城乡统筹发展。
The urban-rural harmonious development is an important strategy for the development misbalance of urban and rural in China. In the face of this opportunity,the university library should fully play information,education and intelligence function, and through definiting the service object ,expanding the service field and improving service level to serve for balancing urban and rural development actively.
