46株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌最低抑菌浓度及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解川北地区洋葱伯克霍尔德菌临床分离株对21种抗菌药的耐药性。方法收集我院附属医院临床分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌46株,采用法国生物梅里埃(API)公司生产的Bio-Merieux VITEK-32全自动细菌鉴定系统及非发酵菌鉴定卡(NFC卡)进行菌株鉴定,用琼脂稀释法检测洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对21种抗菌药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),敏感、中介、耐药的判定采用美国临床实验室标准化协会(CSLI)2006年公布的标准。结果46株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对头孢他定、头孢他啶/舒巴坦、哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、亚胺培南的耐药率较低,分别为56.8%、53.4%、49.3%、48.8%和41.1%,对多粘菌素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、阿莫西林、阿莫西林/舒巴坦、头孢孟多、头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、米诺环素等16种抗菌药物的耐药率高达70.6%-100%。结论川北地区洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对临床常用抗菌药物存在普遍耐药现象,必须加强该菌耐药性的监测和抗菌药物的合理选用。 Objective To study the drug resistant rate of clinical isolates of Burkholderia cepacia to 21 antibacterial agents in North Sichuan Area. Methods 46 strains of Burkholderia cepacia clinical isolates were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. The strains were evaluated by the system of Bio-Merieux VITEK-32 and NFC, Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 21 antibiotics were determined by agar dilution method and the results of sensitive, intermediary, tolerance were evaluated according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standarads Institute (CLSI). Results The resistant rates of 46 strains of Burkholderia cepacia to ceftazidime, ceftazidime/sulbactam, peracillin,peracillin/tazobactam and imipenam were 56.8% ,53.4% ,49.3% ,48.8% and 41. 1% , respectively, and the rates to the other 16 types of antibacterial agents ( polymyxins, gentamicin, mikacin, amoxicillin, amoxicillin/sulbactam, mezlocillin, cefamandole, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, cefoperazone/sulbactam, cefepime, aztreonam, eiprofloxacin, levofloxacin and minocycline ) were 70.6%-100%. Conclusion The drug-resistance of Burkholderia eepacia to antibacterial agents was common in North Sichuan Area. Therefore, we must strengthen the monitoring of the bacterial resistance and the reasonable selection and use of the antibacterial agents.
