摘要
目的分析洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药性。方法分离临床标本中的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,分析其对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药性及相关基因型。结果临床分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物多数耐药,所测基因型中OXA和PER基因全阴性,DHA基因5号和10号阳性,VIM和IMP基因5号阳性。结论洋葱伯克霍尔德菌是一种多重耐药菌,天然耐多种抗菌药物,可依据其基因型来选择抗菌药物,以避免或减少耐药性。
Objective To analyze the drug resistance of burkholderia to β-lactam Antibiotics, Methods We seperated onion burkholderia from clinical specimens to study its drug resistance to β- lactam Antibiotics and its related genotype. Resuits The clinical separated onion burkbolderia was resistant to mostβ-lactam antibiotics; In the determined genotype, OXA and PER were both negative; DHA gene 5 and DHA gene 10 were positive; VIM and IMP gene 5 were positive. Conclusion Burkbolderia is a multiple - drug - resistance bacterium, which is naturally resistant to many antibacterials. It is difficult to treat when people are infected. And we must choose antibacterials based on its genotype to avoid or to reduce the drug resistance.
