摘要
本文提出了以CCD摄像方式来获取立体大尺寸发动机曲轴检测信息的方法,阐述了该系统的机械结构和软件组成,介绍了对采集曲轴检测信息的提取、合成等图像处理过程,得到曲轴各处的特征信息,从而精确快速的检测出曲轴各个位置的几何尺寸和形位公差,判断出被测曲轴是否为合格产品,达到该种轴类零部件检测目的。该方法解决了立体大尺寸零件测量中视角和检测精度的难题,拓宽了CCD检测的应用领域,为其他轴类零件检测提供了一种新方法。
We present a method for obtaining three-dimensional and large size parts information by CCD (Charge Coupled Device), illustrate the mechanical structure and software composition of this system, and introduce image processing for extraction and synthesis of crankshaft measurement information. With the information obtained from image processing, geometric dimensions and tolerances of the crankshaft of different angles can be determined precisely and rapidly. In this way the goal of crankshaft measurement is achieved. This method settles the difficult problem of visual angle and precision of the three-dimensional and large size parts, expands the CCD detecting application field and provides a new way for other crankshaft parts measurement.
