摘要 根据工业、交通等领域对于非接触测量越来越高的精度需求,采用先进的线阵耦合器件(CCD)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)技术,设计了一种用于实现高精度边缘检测的系统。系统将一维视频信号的噪声通过滤波技术、相关双采样技术进行消除,经A/D转换后求出信号灰度梯度最大的点,由直线拟合方法确定出经过平滑滤波处理的CCD图像的亚像元级边界。系统测试表明:所设计的片上系统具有高精度、高速度、高集成度、高可靠性的特性,有很强的实用性。 According to industry and transportation and other fields have higher and higher demands on precision of non-contact detection,a kind of system is designed for high-precision edge detection using advanced CCD and CPLD technology.The noise of one-dimensional video signal is eliminated by system through filtering and correlated double sampling technologies.Then the maximal point of signal gray scale gradient is worked out after A/D transformation.Straight line fitting method determines sub-pixel boundary of CCD image which is disposed by smoothing filtering.System testing indicates that the designed system on chip is characterized by high precision,high-speed,high-integration,high reliability and strong practical applicability.
