摘要
针对目前国内外发动机曲轴自动检测技术的不足,提出了一种以电荷耦合器件摄像方式获取发动机曲轴检测信息的方法。首先,将采集到的曲轴图片进行图像处理,得到曲轴各处的特征信息;然后精确快速地检测出曲轴各个位置的几何尺寸和形位公差,判断出被测曲轴是否为合格产品。这种非接触式自动检测系统为实际生产中迅速、精确检测发动机曲轴提供了一种有效手段。
To deal with existing defects in present automatic measurements for crankshaft from home and abroad, a novel method to obtain certain crankshaft measurement information by Charge Coupled Device (CCD) was proposed. Firstly, image processing was conducted for various gathered crankshaft pictures so as to obtain characteristics information from different parts of crankshaft. Then geometric dimensions and tolerances of the crankshaft of different angles could be achieved precisely and rapidly and assessed whether they were qualified products or not. In a word, an effective solution to satisfy requirements from measurement precision and rapidity for crankshaft production was provided.
