摘要
本文阐述了一种应用在数控机床主轴上的新型控制系统,并将永磁同步电机应用在其伺服系统中。文章在传统的直接转矩控制的基础上,设计滑模变结构来实现电机转矩和磁链的精确估算,从而提高系统的控制效果。本文利用TI公司生产的DSP芯片作为控制核心,并详细介绍了系统硬件和软件的构成。通过MATLAB7.0仿真实验,证明基于该滑模变结构的控制系统具有良好的性能。
This article elaborated a new type of control system applied on the spindle of Numerical Control Machine Tools. The servo system composed of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor . Based on conventional Direct Torque Control , this article devised sliding mode structure to calculate the torque and magnetic chain more precisely , in this way , the control effect would be improved . This article using Digital Signal Processor produced by TI company as the centre of the control system . In addition, it presented the soft- ware and hardware structure of the whole system . The simulation results of MATLAB 7.0 showed that the system based on sliding mode structure had a good performance .
