摘要
针对CAK3665数控机床主轴电机,在分析数控机床主轴电机的工作原理、数学模型及控制策略的基础上,设计一套伺服控制系统。对控制系统进行仿真研究,结果表明,控制系统具有对故障的快速反应能力,并能完成控制要求,所设计系统具有可行性。
For the CAK3665 main shaft control of numerical control machine, based on its working principle, mathematical model and control strategy, a servo control system is designed. After studying on this system by simulation method, it indicates that the system responses quickly to the failure and meets the requirement. Simulation results prove that the system can work well.
