摘要
目的:对槐定碱中主要微量杂质分离和鉴定。方法:采用柱层析法从槐定碱粗品中分离得到未知杂质,通过HPLC、IR、单晶X-射线衍射法分析鉴定其结构。结果:确证未知杂质为一对差向异构体,即槐定醇碱和异槐定醇碱,以1∶1比例形成共晶化合物。结论:槐定醇碱和异槐定醇碱的结构为首次报道。
Objection:To separate and identify the primary impurities in sophoridine.Methods:Using column chromatography method to separate the unknown impurities from the crude sophoridine,then analysing and identifing its structure through HPLC,IR,SXRD.Results:The unknown impurities were identified to be a pair of epimerides,with 1∶1 as the eutectic crystal form.Conclusion:The structure of sophoridinol and isosophoridinol is reported for the first time.
