摘要
酶联免疫吸附测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ）是检测Ｔ－２毒素的简便、灵敏、快速、特异、便宜的方法。按照ＣｈｕＦＳ的方法，将Ｔ－２毒素与琥珀酸酐（ＨＳ）连接，再以碳二亚胺（ＥＤＰＣ）催化与蛋白质结合，获得Ｔ－２毒素抗原。通过薄层层析法和酶联免疫法鉴定。
nzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a specific,sensitive,inexpensive,fast,simple and convenient analysis method for T2 toxin in grain,such as corn and wheat.T2 toxin was first converted to T2 hemisuccinate (T2 HS) and then conjugated with bovine serum albumin (BSA) in the presence of watersoluble carbodiimide (EDPC) according to Chu's method.Results of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and ELISA proved that T2 toxin had been conjugated to protein.The results showed that preparation of T2 toxin antigen was successful.
