摘要
大骨节病致病因子是通过病区产谷物进入人体的。病区小麦、玉米可传病,大米不传。病区小麦、玉米受镰刀菌污染严重。病区面粉、玉米可检出多量苏糖醇,非病区面粉、玉米甚少检出,病区、非病区大米均未能检出。将镰刀菌接种于谷物,可产生苏糖醇。作者认为苏糖醇为可疑的致大骨节病物质。利用调换粮食或种水田主食大米,快收快打改善粮食质量等措施即可阻断病因进入人体的途径,达到控制和消灭大骨节病的目的。
The factor caused Kashin-Beck disease got into human body through grainof epidemic area,among which wheat and maize result in the disease but ricedid'nt have the same effect.The wheat and the maize of epidemic area were con-taminated seriously by Fusarium.Threitol has been discovered with a great qu-antity in the wheat and the maize of epidemic area,a litte in non-epidemic areaand has'nt been found in rice both in epidemic area and non-epidemic area.Thr-eitol was produced by inoculating grain with Fusaruim.It is thought that Thr-eitol is the suspect substance which causes Kashin-Beck disease.By adoptingmeasures of exchanging grain,growing rice as stable food and harvesting cropsquickly to improve the quality of grain,the way that causes cntrance into the body can be blocked and the purpose to control and elimination the disease maybe achieved.
