镰刀菌毒素常交叉污染谷物、食品和饲料.建立系统检测方法是必要的.本研究以三氟醋酸酐(TFAA)为衍生化试剂,用气相色谱系统检测脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、二醋酸藨草镰刀菌烯醇(DAS)、T-2毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN).确定了最佳衍生条件.利用毛细管色谱柱,在规定气谱条件下,4种毒素衍生物得到完全分离,并且稳定性良好,不同浓度的相关系数都在0.9990以上.DON、DAS、T-2毒素的检测限达到1×10^(-9) g,ZEN的检测限达到1.5×10^(-8)g.
Fusariotoxins often: pollute identical samples. Therefore, it is necessary to establish some methods, with which these toxins can be tested systematically. The reaserch is to test deoxyni-valenol (DON), diacetoxyscirpenol (DAS), T-2 toxin, and zearalenone (ZEN) systematicaly by gas-chromatography. The toxins are derived by trifluoracetic acid anhydride (TFAA). The best condition of derivation is determined. The four derivatives of toxins are found stable. They can be separated completely in GC. The correlation factors of different concentrations are over 0.9990. The detection limits of DON, DAS and T-2 toxin are 1×10-9g, ZEN is 1.5×10-8g.
