摘要
本研究建立了以固相萃取净化样品、超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定粮食中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测方法。试样以1%乙酸乙腈-水(84∶16,V/V)作为提取溶剂,经固相萃取净化柱净化浓缩,乙腈和水做流动相,经C18柱分离,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定量定性分析,以外标法定量。结果表明,该检测方法在1.0~100.0ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R>0.999,样品回收率在84.2%~107.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.7%~6.5%,能满足当前粮食中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测要求。
In this study,a detection method was established for the determination of zearalenone in grains by solid-phase extraction to purify samples andμLtra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The sample uses 1%acetic acid acetonitrile-water(84:16,V/V)as the extraction solvent,purified and concentrated by a solid-phase extraction purification column,acetonitrile and water as mobile phases,separated by a C18 column,and mμLti-reaction monitoring(MRM)The model is used for quantitative and qualitative analysis and quantitative with external standard method.The resμLts show that the detection method has a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0~100.0ng/mL,the correlation coefficient R>0.999,the sample recovery rate is 84.2%~107.6%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.7%~6.5%,which can satisfy Current testing requirements for zearalenone in grains.
