研究选择1日龄AA肉鸡288只,公母各半,随机分成4组:对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加10、20、40g菌糠/kg日粮,研究棉籽壳源低聚木糖菌糠(CXOC)不同添加剂量对AA肉鸡生长性能和激素代谢的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,1~21日龄时,试验2、3组体增重分别提高3.52%(P>0.05)、0.24%(P>0.05);1~42日龄时,试验2组体增重提高1.31%(P>0.05),饲料转化比(FCR)降低2.08%(P<0.05);1~49日龄时,试验组体增重分别提高4.75%(P<0.01)、4.98%(P<0.01)、1.47%(P<0.05),FCR分别降低12.03%(P>0.05)、0.79%(P<0.05)、13.30%(P<0.01)。35日AA肉鸡血清测定结果表明:与对照组相比,试验2、3组GH分别提高了8.06%(P<0.05)、5.01%(P<0.05);试验组的ACTH分别降低了3.14%、31.53%(P<0.05)、28.07%(P<0.05);试验组的T3分别提高了12.89%(P<0.05)、26.86%(P<0.01)、22.42%(P<0.05);试验2、3组的T4分别提高了22.20%(P<0.01)、8.87%;试验1、2组Ins分别提高了16.04%(P<0.05)、20.67%(P<0.01)。以添加20g/kgCXOC生产性能和生长轴范围激素水平为最佳。
The study was to investigate the effects of chaff of xylo-oligosaccharides from cottonseedhull (CXOC) supplementation on production performance and hormone metabolism in broilers fed on based diets and to determine the optimal ratio of supplementation. 288 one-day-age AA broiler chickens were chosen and divided to 4 groups with conu'ol group (feeding basal diets) and test group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The experimental diets consisted of based diets supplemented with 10,20 and 40 g/kg cottonseed-chaff respectively. Results showed that:compared with control group,the body weight in group Ⅱ and compared with control group increased by 3.52% (PM).05),0.24% (P〉0.05) of 21-day-age respectively. The body weight in group Ⅱ increased by 1.31% (P〉0.05) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) decreased by 2.08% (P〈0.05) of 42-day-age. The body weight in treatment groups increased by 4.75% (P〈0.01),4.98% (P〈0.01),1.47% (P〈0.05) and FCR decreased by 2.03% (P〉0.05),0.79% (P〈0.05), 13.30% (P〈0.01) respectively of 49-day-age respectively. For 35-day-age, serum GH in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 8.06% (P〈0.05) and 5.01% (P〈0.05). Serum ACTH in test groups decreased by 3.14%,31.53% (P〈0.05) ,28.07% (P〈0.05) respectively. Serum T3 in test groups increased by12.89% (P〈0.05), 26.86% (P〈0.01) ,22.42% (P〈0.05) respectively. Serum T4 in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 22.20% (P〈0.01) ,8.87%. Serum Ins in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 16.04% (P〈0.05),20.67% (P〈0.01). The optimization supplementation is 20 g/kg chaff of xylo-oligosaccharides from cottonseed hull(CXOC) to improve performance and hormone metabolism.
