摘要
研究了在玉米-豆粕基础日粮中，添加低聚木糖对淮南麻鸡生长性能和免疫器官的影响。结果表明：添加低聚木糖能提高21～42d淮南麻鸡的体重（P〉0．05），能极显著降低料重比（P〈0．01）；能提高免疫器官的相对重量，其中法氏囊的相对重量达到了极显著的水平（P〈0．01）。低聚木糖最适添加剂量为150mg／kg。
Different doses of xylo-oligosaccharides added into the corn-add soybean basal diets was studied the effect of xylo-oligosaccharides on the growth performance and immune organs of Huainan Chicken. The results showed that xylo-oligosaccharides could increase the weight of 21 - 42 days Huainan Chicken （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, it also could significantly decrease the ratio of feed to gain （F/G） （ P 〈0. 01 ） . The xylo-oligosaccharides might enhance the relative weight of immune organs, and the relative weight of IBD reached a significant level （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The optimum added amount was 150 mg/kg.
