摘要
为评价鸡腿菇酒糟菌糠对肉鸭肠道形态及主要菌群的影响,选用320只1日龄健康天府肉鸭为研究对象,随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组共4组,4笼/组(其中2笼为雄性,2笼为雌性),20只/笼.每组4个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组饲喂分别添加2%、4%和6%鸡腿菇酒糟菌糠的试验饲粮.结果显示:与对照组相比,3个试验组14日龄肉鸭回肠绒毛高度均有所降低,28日龄肉鸭回肠隐窝深度均有所增加(p<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组均有增加肉鸭盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量的趋势(p<0.05),对大肠杆菌无显著影响(p>0.05).表明鸡腿菇酒糟菌糠对天府肉鸭回肠黏膜形态有一定的损伤,对肉鸭盲肠有益微生物菌群有一定的促进作用.
(Objective) This experiment was conducted to study the effect of spent Coprinus comatus substrate in basal diet on intestinal morphology and intestine microflora in Tianfu ducks.(Method) Three hundred and twenty one-day-old Tianfu ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed basal diet,and test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed basal diets supplemented with 2%,4 % and 6 % spent C.comatus substrate,respectively.(Result) Compared with the control group,ducks in the three test groups had lower ileum villus height(V) on 14 days of age and increased crypt depth(C) on 28 days of age(p0.05).The number of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli bacteria increased significantly in the caecum of test groupⅠand Ⅱ ducks(p0.05),and no significant effects were observed on the number of E.coli(p0.05).(Conclusion) Distiller's grain-based spent C.comatus substrate in basal diet may cause some injury to the morphology of ileum mucosa of Tianfu ducks,but may promote the growth of beneficial microflora in their caecum.
