摘要
对神农霉素Ⅱ号组分进行了HPLC定量分析方法、溶剂提取效率及HPLC法与生物法测定结果相关性的研究.结果表明,水饱和正丁醇一次提取效率较高,为86.03%.用HPLC法分析时,标准品的浓度在21.2~846.0μg/mL内分析结果有较好的线性关系.其相关系数、相对标准偏差、回收率分别为0.9995,0.1080%,97.60%~100.23%.HPLC法与生物法测定结果相关系数为0.9603,表明生物法和HPLC法测定结果有较好的相关性.
The article was based on the quantity analysis to Shennongmycin Ⅱ by HPLC,the extractal potencyion of nbutyl alcohol to Shennongmycin Ⅱ and the relation between bio - potency and chemical potency to Shennongmycin Ⅱ. The first extractal potencyion of n - butyl alcohol to Shennongmycin Ⅱ is 86.03%. The results of the quantity analysis showed that the correlation coefficient,variability coefficient, RSD to Shennongmycin Ⅱ are 0. 999 5,0. 108 0%,97.60% 100.23 % respectively. The correlation coefficient between bio-potency and chemical potency to Shennongmycin Ⅱ is 0. 9603.
