河南南阳烟区土壤生态指标的主成分分析 被引量:10

The Principle Component Analysis to Soil Ecosystem Indices of Nanyang Tobacco Growing Area in Henan Province

摘要 采用主成分分析法对南阳烟区13个不同生态类型土壤的物理、化学及生物学性状指标进行分析,结果表明,南阳烟区土壤化学生态指标中第一主成分为有机质的综合指标;第二主成分为pH。南阳烟区土壤物理生态指标中第一主成分为容重、孔隙度;第二主成分为土粒密度。南阳烟区土壤生物学生态指标中第一主成分为脲酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性的综合指标;第二主成分为纤维菌数、放线菌数、氨化菌数的综合指标。南阳烟区土壤物理和化学生态指标中第一主成分为容重、孔隙度;第二主成分为土粒密度。南阳烟区土壤物理、化学和生物生态指标中第一主成分为有机质的综合指标;第二主成分为脲酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、真菌数等生物学的综合指标;第三主成分为pH、土粒密度、容重等理化综合指标;第四主成分蛋白酶活性和放线菌数的生物学综合指标。为抓住主要矛盾从不同层次研究和改良南阳烟区土壤生态条件提供理论依据。 The soil physical, chemical and biological indices from 13 different ecosystem categories of Nanyang tobacco growing area were studied based on principle component analysis. The results showed that the first principle component was organic matter and the second principle component was pH in the soil chemical indices. The first principle component was soil bulk density, porosity and the second principle component was particle density in the soil physical indices. The first principle component was the activities of urease and catalase , the second principle component was the number of cellulose decomposing microorganisms, actinomycetes and ammonifiers in the soil biological index. The first principle component was soil bulk density, porosity and the second principle component was particle density in the soil physical and chemical index. The first principle component was the organic matter as integrated index, the second was the integrated biological indices of the activities of urease and catalase and the number of eumycetes, the third was the physical and chemical integrated indices of pH, particle density and soil bulk density,the fouth was the integrated biological indices of the activities of protese and the number of actinomycetes in the soil physical, chemical and biological indices.
