摘要
为了从大量的性状中筛选出主要性状,提高玉米育种的选择效果,将贵州16个常用玉米自交系进行完全双列杂交,得到120个杂交组合,利用主成分分析方法对该120个组合进行了分析。结果表明:前5个主成分值可以用来表述全部性状的信息:第一主成分为品种的产量因子,第二主成分为穗粗因子,第三主成分为生育期因子,第四主成分为株高因子,第五主成分为穗长因子。
120 cross combinations between 16 common maize inbred lines from Guizhou province were analyzed by principle component analysis to select main characters from a large number of agronomic characters for improving the selection effect in maize breeding. The results showed that 5 principle component values could be stated for information of all characters and the first, second, third, forth and fifth principle component was yield, ear diameter, growth period, plant height and ear length respectively.
