摘要
目的为缺少洗浴条件下的作业人员提供一种使用方便的皮肤清洁用品,以提高部队野战卫生保障能力。方法合成皮肤去污剂多肽酰胺,研究皮肤清洁剂和皮肤保养剂配方;选择无纺布为载体,制成湿巾;进行去污试验、卫生学检测、抑菌试验、毒性试验。结果单兵皮肤清洁包由1块清洁湿巾和1块保养湿巾组成,细菌总数和霉菌均<10 cfu/g,汞、铅、砷质量分数分别为0.02~0.04 mg/kg、<2 mg/kg、<0.2 mg/kg,均符合《化妆品卫生规范》要求;去污试验表明,在同一条件下,多肽酰胺的去污值分别是洗衣粉、肥皂、蒸馏水的1.3倍、2.2倍、7.3倍;抑菌试验抑菌环>7 mm;1 h、24 h、48 h皮肤刺激试验积分均值为0。结论单兵皮肤清洁包能有效清洁皮肤,使用舒适、安全、无副作用、携带方便,试用部队反映良好。为缺少洗浴条件下生活和作业的人员的皮肤清洁提供了一种卫生用品。
Objective To develop a personal skin-cleansing equipment, so as to provide an effective cleansing agent for the soldier under special field environment. Methods Polypeptide amide was synthesized, then the skin cleansing and skin protective agent were designed. Finally, the skincare kit was produced with the compound and carriers. The cleansing effect, content of microbe, heavy metals, and toxicity of the kit were tested. Results The personal skincare kit was made up of a cleansing wet towel, and a protective wet towel. Both the total bacterial count, and fungal count of the kit were 〈 10 cfu/g; content of mureury, lead and arsenic were 0.02-0.04 mg/kg, 〈 2 mg/kg, and 〈0.2 mg/kg respectively. Under the same condition, the cleansing effect of polypeptide amide was 1.3, 2.2, and 7.3 times respectively that of detergent, soap, and distilled water. It accorded with the sanitary criteria of cosmetic. In addition, the kit was also easy to carry and use. Conclusion The personal skincare kit has obvious cleansing and protecting skin effect, and it is suitable or safe for the users under special field environment.
