摘要
目的了解多菌克牌止痒消炎剂的抑菌效果。方法采用抑菌环试验法对4种方法制备的多菌克牌止痒消炎剂抑菌效果进行观察。结果对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌抑菌环的平均直径,止痒消炎剂1号依次为14.3、15.0、13.0、13.7(mm),2号依次为16.3、17.7、19.0、16.7(mm),3号依次为15.7、16.7、16.3、16.3(mm),4号依次为12.0、12.7、11.0、13.0(mm)。结论4种止痒消炎剂的抑菌环直径均(7 mm,表现出较好的抑菌效果,2号尤为显著,并获得辽卫消证字[2009]第0004号(NO.Y.05-1)。
Objective To investigate the effect of an antipruritic ＆ antiphlogistic（brand name Duojunke）.Method Inhibition ring test was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Duojunke prepared with 4 different methods.Result The average inhibition ring diameters of D1 were 14.3 mm（Staphylococusaureus）,15.0 mm（Escherichia coli）,13.0 mm（Candidabicans） and 13.7 mm（P.aeruginosa） respectively;those of D2 were 16.3 mm,17.7 mm,19.0 mm and 16.7 mm respectively;those of D3 were 15.7 mm,16.7 mm,16.3 mm and 16.3 mm respectively,and those of D4 were 12.0 mm,12.7 mm,11.0 mm and 13.0 mm respectively.Conclusion All the four agents showed a satisfactory antibacterial effect with the inhibition ring diameters 〉 7 mm,among which Agent No.2 was better than the others.
