摘要
研究了在针叶木浆纤维的细胞腔或细胞壁中原位合成锰锌铁氧体的工艺条件及用其制备磁性纸的可行性。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜-能谱分析仪和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对合成产物及磁性纸张的结构、性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备条件较易实现;合成的磁性粒子为Mn(1-x)ZnxFe2O4;磁性粒子在纤维表面、壁、腔中均有沉积;制备的磁性纸具有良好的顺磁性。
The feasibility and process conditions of magnetic paper manufacture based on in-situ synthesis of manganese zinc ferrite in the lumen or cell wall of the pulp fibers were investigated. The synthetic product, microstructure and properties of the magnetic paper were observed and measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electronic microscope and energy spectrum analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometer( VSM), respectively. The results indicated that the conditions of preparation is easy to fulfill; the magnetic particles are Mn(1-x)ZnxFe2O4 ; the magnetic particles deposit on the fiber surface, in the cell wall and lumen of the pulp fibers ; the magnetic paper has very good paramagnetic behavior.
