摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备锰锌铁氧体磁流体,并通过振动样品测量其磁性能;分析了反应温度、反应时间和碱的加入量对锰锌铁氧体磁流体磁性能的影响。结果表明:(1)提高反应温度,有助于磁流体磁性能的提高,加热温度保持在90℃为宜;(2)延长反应时间可以提高磁流体的磁性能,加热时间为45~60min较为合适。(3)碱的加入量对磁性粒子晶体的形成至关重要,正常量或稍过量均不利于离子的共同沉淀及晶体的形成,容易获得非晶态或微晶态的物质。实验发现,当碱过量比达到0.25时,磁性能达到最好,此后,碱加入量如果再增大,反而又会引起磁性能的下降。
Through chemistry share precipitation method to prepare magnetic fluid of manganese - zine ferrite, and through vibrating samples to measure the magnetic performances, the author of this paper analyzes the influences of the temperature and time of reactions and the amount of added soda on the property of magnetic fluid of manganese - zinc ferrite. The result is as follows: 1. the increase of the temperature helps improve the performance of magnetic fluid, the best temperature being 90℃. 2. Prolonged reaction time improves the magnetic performance of magnetic fluid, the best time being 45 to 60 minutes. 3. The amount of added soda is of great importance to the formation of magnetic crystalline grain, either normal or surplus amount will be a disadvantage for the share precipitation of ion and the formation of crystal and will easily cause non - crystal or crystal substances. The experiment indicates that when the surplus proportion reaches 0.25, the magnetic performance is the best; beyond that proportion, the increase of soda will decrease the performance of magnetic performance.
