论本科层次教育科研型小学数学师资的素质结构及培养策略 被引量:3

摘要 随着素质教育的推进,教育科研型数学师资日益成为小学教育所需.教育科研型小学数学师资应具有如下素质:结构合理的教育科研能力;更为宽广合理的数学观:正确的小学数学教育观.为此,我们可以采取以下培养策略:(1)在课堂教学中渗透;(2)把教育科研方法设为主干课程;(3)引导学生深入研究小学数学活动;(4)着重指导学生的毕业论文. With the progress of the quality education initiatives, there is a great demand of the mathematics teachers of education research type among the primary schools. The mathematics teachers of education research type should have some qualities, such as the rational structure ability of education research, broader mathematics conception, correct mathematics education conception of primary school. We can take some strategies to cultivate students: (1) To penetrate on the classroom teaching; (2) Education research method is the most important course; (3) Promote students to research primary mathematics activities deeply; (4) Put students thesis into an important place.
