摘要
本科层次小学数学教师专业素养的职前培养是教师专业化发展的一个重要环节。本文主要从广博的专业知识领域和宽厚的文化功底、娴熟的教育专业技能、初步的教育科研能力三个方面介绍了本科层次小学数学教师专业素养职前培养的方法。
The pre-occupational cultivation of the primary mathematics teachers＂ professionalism of the undergraduate level is an important part of the teacher professional development. In this article, the author will introduce some methods of praoccupational cultivation of the primary mathematics teachers＇ professionalism of the undergraduate level from three aspects： the broad knowledge fields and generous culture foundation; skilled professional skills and initial research abilities.
