摘要
车用氧传感器是汽车电控系统的闭环控制(对空燃比)反馈信号发生器,它的作用是将汽车尾气中氧气的浓度信号发送到ECU(电子控制单元),从而保持空燃比恒定为14.7左右。本文对一种典型的车用氧传感器在汽车启动时产生的热应力情况进行了数值分析,并采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS得到了具体的分析过程和结果。
Oxygen sensor used in vehicle is a closed loop control(hollow ignite ratio)feedback signal generator of electric control system. It will transmit oxygen concentration signal of exhaust gas of vehicle to ECU(electric control unit) and keep hollow ignite ratio at 14.7. Numerical analysis of temperature fields and stress fields of oxygen sensor used in vehicle when it start up is realized and the result is given by using software ANSYS.
