REVIEW ON SHOCK RESPONSE OF PORTABLE ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS UNDER DROP IMPACT——TESTS, SIMULATIONS AND THEORIES

摘要 便携式电子产品经常在相对恶劣的环境中使用,在运输和使用时可能会跌落至地面或撞击到其他物体上.本文概述了便携式电子产品的冲击响应和冲击防护这一新领域的研究状况.介绍了该研究领域的工业背景和行业标准,系统评述了相关的研究,包括实验(跌落试验、冲击试验),数值仿真及理论模型等方面的进展. Portable electronic products are often exposed to relatively harsh operating environments, due to the likelihood of dropping and impacting with other objects, In this paper, the studies on shock response and shock protection of portable electronics are reviewed. The engineering background as well as applicable industry standards are summarized first. A comprehensive literature review related to this field, includes information on the engineering background, relevant experiments (e.g. drop tests and shock tests), theoretical models, simulations and conclusions.
