摘要
引证41篇文献,概述了欧洲鳗鲡在蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物、脂类等几方面的营养研究进展,并对今后欧洲鳗鲡的营养研究方向提出一些建议。
The recent progress in the studies of home and abroad on the nutritional requirements of Anguilla anguilla, such as protein, amino acids, lipids et al. were reviewed in 41 references. Some proposal about nutritioned research on Anguilla anguilla were supplied.
