摘要
盗版现象的愈演愈烈已经成为时下出版界、新闻界的热门话题。如何有效的防止这一现象的蔓延,是我国法律界面临的一大难题。本文仅就盗版现象及建立反盗版的法律机制谈一点粗浅的看法。
The author of the article analyses one of the most prevalent phenomenon—pirates in publishing as well as inpress and further puts forth some strategies, especially legal mechanism in the anti-pirates campaign.
