摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法研究了测定云南大理巍山扁枝石松中石杉碱甲含量方法.条件为:Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:乙腈:磷酸二氢钾水溶液=15∶85(V/V),流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:308 nm;柱温:室温25℃.石杉碱甲质量浓度在0.112 mg/mL^0.224 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,相对偏差(RSD)为0.91%(n=5),平均回收率为98.8%.此方法简便、快捷、准确,对于石杉碱甲资源的寻找提供了较好的途径和方法.
A reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of huperzine A in the extracts of Diphasiastrurn complanatum(L.) Holub. The chromatographic analysis was carried out using a Diamonsil C18 column at 25℃. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile - potassium phosphate monobasic (15/85 ,V/V), at a flow rate of 1 ml/min and UV detection at 308 nm. The experimental results showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and mass of the huperzine A within the range of 0. 224~4. 48μg ( R = 0. 9999). The relative standard deviation (RSD) method is simple, rapid and accurate and provide a was 0.91% (n =5). The average recovery was 98.8% , The good way for the seeking of huperzine A.
