摘要
目的探讨黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的护理。方法通过对35例(35眼)黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者实行全方位的整体护理,制定护理措施并监督执行。结果35例病人经手术治疗和实施各项护理措施,34例(34眼)视网膜复位,视力提高。结论规范的护理可以巩固和提高手术疗效。
objective To investigate the nursing of retinal detachment with macular hole. Methods 35 cases ( 35 eyes ) were give the whole nursing. Results Closure of macular hole and retinal reattachment were attained in 34 eyes by operation and nursing. Conclusions The normative nursing could secure and raise the curative effect.
