摘要
目的 探讨自制井字型头架 (简称井字头架 )在玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离术后护理中的作用。方法 抽查 2 6例 (2 6 )眼 ,采用国产全氟丙烷 (PerfluoroPropane ,C3 F8)玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离 ,术后使用井字头架加强体位护理。结果 视网膜复位 2 4眼 (92 .3%)视力提高 2 1眼 (80 .8%)。结论 自制井字型头架 ,应用于玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的术后护理 ,病人配合良好 ,有较好的临床效果。
Objective To discuss the using of home-made head rack in the postoperative nursing of macula hole retinal detachment.Methods 26 eyes with macula hole retinal detachment were treated with,Perfluoro propane(C3F8) injection,in postoperative position nursing,we provided home-made head rack for patients to maintain a prone position.Results Anatomical success was achieved in 24 eyes(92.3%),visual acuity improved in 21 eyes(80.0%).Conclusions In the postoperative nursing of macula hole retinal detachment,using home-made head rack is acceptable and effective.
