摘要
通过对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗 2 8例复杂性视网膜脱离患者的术前、术后护理 ,密切观察病情 ,以及正确选择术后体位 ,并给予心理护理与健康指导。认为对于患者视网膜获得解剖学复位 ,提高视力 ,巩固手术疗效及预防并发症起到重要的作用。
patients with complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy and silicone oil injection. All of them received careful nursing before and after operation. This included daily work-up, helping patients to maintain special position, psychological and healthy guidance. All of these were important to patients' anatomical and functional recovery and prevention of complications.
