奖励是幼儿园德育中常用的方法之一。在幼儿园德育中使用奖励策略,有其必要性、有效性和适宜性。在幼儿园德育中,教师应该注意奖励频次得当,程度得当,形式灵活多样,确保奖励公平、公正,与家长达成一致,合理整合和使用其他德育方法,借此提升幼儿园德育质量。
As one of the most prevalent methods used in moral education in the kindergarten, reward plays an important and special role in enhancing young children’s moral level. To apply this method effectively in moral education, teachers must attach more importance to these aspects: the frequency, the extent, the forms, the process, the correspondence between parents and teachers, and rational combination of different methods.
