摘要
目的观察依巴斯汀片联合中药养血活血止痒方治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法将130例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组70例与对照组60例,对照组予口服依巴斯汀10mg,1次/d,外用复方氟米松软膏,2次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药养血活血止痒方汤剂(主要由当归、丹参、鸡血藤、白藓皮、荆芥、防风、蝉衣、生地、全虫和陈皮组成),水煎服,日一剂,早晚分服。两组疗程均为2周。结果治疗结束后两组EASI评分较治疗前均明显下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后两组瘙痒评分较治疗前均明显下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组为63.33%,疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论依巴斯汀片联合中药养血活血止痒方治疗慢性湿疹疗效明显,安全方便。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Ebastine combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yangxue Huoxue Zhiyang decoction in chronic eczema.Methods One hundred and thirty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(70 in treatment group and 60 in control group).The control group was treated with Ebastine tablet(10mg once twice a day,oral taken)and externally use Compound Flumetasone Ointment twice a day.The treatment group was combined with all the therapy in control group and Yangxue Huoxue Zhiyang decoction(The decoction was made up of Angelica sinensis,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge,Millettia dielsiana,Densefruit Pittany Root-bark,FineleafSchizonepetaHerb,DivaricateSaposhnikoviaRoot,Periostracumcicadae,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,Scorpio,tangerine peel) be decocted in water for oral dose,one dose a day both of the course in two groups is two weeks.Results The EASI score was obviously higher after treatment both in therapy group and control group.There is significant difference between the two group(P<0.01).The itch score was obviously lowered after treatment both in therapy group and control group.,and the difference is significant between the two group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group is 92.86% and in control group is 63.33%.The effective therapy of treatment group is better that control group.Conclusion The treatment of Ebastine combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yangxue Huoxue Zhiyang decoction has a significant effect in chronic eczema.The therapy is safety and convenience.
