摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法将132例慢性湿疹患者随机分为观察组67例和对照组65例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀综合治疗。对比2组临床疗效。结果经治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.03%明显高于对照组的86.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹疗效较好,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine in chronic eczema . Methods 132 cases patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into observation group （67 cases） and control group （65cases）.Control group was treated by conventional treatment .Observation group,on the basis of control group,was treated by glycyrrhizin.After treatment,compared the clinical effect of 2 groups.Results The total efficacy of observation group （94.03%）was higher than that of control group （86.15%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine in chronic eczema has an good effect ,worthy of clinical application .
